1. OWNERSHIP
...a) All BuzyBee Graphics (BBG will be used as an abbreviation for BuzyBee
Graphics) material are original, copyrighted creations and they
are protected by copyright laws and owned by © BuzyBee.se (owner Marie
Nilsson). This also applies to special orders, purchased
collections, adoptions or premades etc. The customer receives license to use the images, but the copyright will always stay with the
artist, it is not transferred to the customer during purchase. The
images may not be copied, redrawn, have text added or the materials
changed under any circumstances unless it is clearly stated so. |
| 2. ALTERATIONS/REDRAWING
...a) The BBG images may not be altered/converted in any way, and they, in
parts or in whole, may not be used in making new images/graphics (websets,
stationaries, cards,
quilts, tubes, outlines, tutorials, banners, signature tags asa sigtags, email stationaries,
avatars or various skins etc.). That means NO resize, NO adding of text, NO adding of any special effects or animating of the images. Only write text on
blank buttons - if stated so.
...b) The graphics may not be used in making websets/templates/other digital
designs, changed from the original size or to be used as attachements (avatars/sigtags
etc.) and posted in mail-lists, newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ or in
message boards for example. If customer needs any text added or
images remade, please contact BBG for support and agreement.
...c) It is also prohibited to use BBG images/graphics material in mass-marketing, such as for example newspaper ads or material made in hundreds by printshops
etc.

| 3. USAGE FOR PERSONAL SITES / ALLOWED USAGE FOR
COMMERCIAL PUPOSES
...a) The BBG material may be used 'as is' on non-commersial family-friendly websites and for
non-commersial purposes only. If any commercial
purpose, please contact BBG in advance to arrange for such agreements.
Customers may not use BBG material on a commercial sites or for any other
commercial purposes or services provided, unless customer purchased a BBG
Commercial or Webmaster License and has a proven agreement of service
with BBG.
...b) Download (right-click and save as...) the BBG graphics to your own cumputer before
using them. You are intitled to mix and match between the BBG sets or
together with other artists sets as long as a link back included on each
and every page where BBG materials appears.
...c) Schools (teachers, classes), daycare centers, school
librarians etc are considered as personal purpose if to decorate
webpages or classrooms, scrapbooks, school materials, printouts etc. If
any questions please contact BuzyBee.se for support and agreements.
...d) Customers that wants to use BBG materials for Scrapbooks and
personal Photoalbums are considered as personal users.
...e) Customers may print out BBG materials to make cards, stationary (i.e no sharing via
internet, email, or any other electronic media etc.) or scrapbooks for personal use only (NOT
business cards or for any other business reason unless you have a
Commersial membership).
...f) As a Commercial customer you must be a
BBG Webmaster Member, to use BBG material when building sites for your customers for profit and
your customer must also be a owner of a Personal/Commersial
Membership (what ever is applicable).
Please read the special terms that applies to this, that may follow Your
membership license.
...g) Or if you are the owner of a
Commercial business and wants to decorate your business website, you
must be the owner of a Commercial Membership. If any other commercial use than to decorate business
webpages,
please contact BuzyBee.se for making a special agreement.
...h) To make
sure that you fully have read and understood the BBG terms, we require
for you to while filling out your 'Members Application' also state the
hidden password inside the comment-box. You find the secret
message/password
while reading through the BBG terms.
...i) If BBG
materials are used as stated above in statement 3d and 3e, always add 'Graphics
by ©BuzyBee Graphics, http://www.buzybee.se.
All Rights Reserved.' on all printed materials (print-outs,
scrapping, cards etc.) |
| 4. ONLINE USAGE
...a) If the images are used online (webpages), there must always be a clickable link to
http://www.buzybee.se on all pages where the
BBG materials appear. The use of a correct linked logo-image is
preferred but a textlink (in a readable size, minimum size 2) will also
be appropriate. Please use the following text link code: <p align="center"><font size="2"><a href="http://www.buzybee.se" target="_blank">www.buzybee.se</a></font></p>.
...b) Direct linking is prohibited/not allowed as this will be called
theft. The BBG images must be uploaded and saved to customers own server and from
there decorate the webpage with the material. In all cases proper
actions will immediately be taken and also members will loose their
membership rights. 'Artists Rights Is My Concern'.

| 5. DISTRIBUTION
...a) The images may not be redistributed or resold in any manner, online or offline,
neither in digital nor printed formats. Redistributive rights stay with
BuzyBee.se only.
...b) Customer must restrain to not include BBG material/images/graphics
in any collection or allow third party to do so (tube-sites,
collection-sites, card-sites, stationery-sites, scrapbooking-sites,
etc.). The user must actively stop graphic abuse by using a No-Right-Click-script on all
pages where BBG material is used.
...c) It is also required to use the META-tag:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="imagetoolbar" CONTENT="no"> within the HTML-head section on ALL of your pages, where BBG material is used to prevent the graphics from being stolen. |
| 6. REFUNDS / RECLAIMS
...a) No refunds will be made on payed memberships (or purchased
collections) due to the nature of the business (digital files), but in case of closing BBG
permanently, some period of time will be allowed for all members to
download.
...b) BBG cannot be held responsible for any distractions or downperiods that
the webhost might cause BBG.
...c) BBG cannot be held responsible for any material exposed on members
webpages, such as hateridge, violence, porno, racism or other non-family friendly material, but BBG will immediately take action to permanently
close his or hers membership.
